All SIC North Turramurra rides start outside the Woollies Metro store on Bobbin Head Road. Start time is always 7am unless specifically noted otherwise.
Six Gorges (count them – 6!) (Approx. 90km)
One of our longer ones and definitely one for the grimpeurs. Bobbin Head to Hookhams Corner (The Tanks at approx. 7.45am). Galston Gorge to Berowra Waters, across the Ferry and up to the roundabout at Berowra Heights (corner Turner Road). Regroup, turn around and descend back to the Ferry. Return via Berrilee, Arcadia and Galston. Thence Galston Gorge, back past the Tanks for those who started there and last, but not least, Bobbin Head!
Plenty of options for shorter versions:
– Start/finish at the Tanks
– Do Bobbo and Sommerville Rd only
– Straight back to Bobbo from Berowra (i.e. Four Gorges)
Coffee at North Turramurra.
